All games must be played as scheduled unless postponed for rain or wet grounds.
NO MANAGER HAS THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE POSTED SCHEDULE.

Managers: If you have not heard from your Commissioner by game time, your team must arrive at the regularly scheduled game time, in uniform, and the Umpire will rule on the weather.

Practice Schedule: To cancel and/or change practice times, please contact Kim Guenther, Field Scheduler @ 440-255-0034 or email, glittlemountain@roadrunner.com.

Make-Up Games: If a game is legally postponed (due to wet grounds or rain), it will be re-scheduled according to the following regulations:

The listed Home Team Manager will call the Field Scheduler, Kim Guenther (440-255-0034).She will reschedule the games according to the availability of playing fields. She will notify the managers of new day and time and will also reschedule the umpires for all make-up games. All make-up games will be made-up at her discretion according to weather and field availability.

 

ALL MANAGERS MUST CONTACT KIM GUENTHER ON THE SAME DAY OF THE POSTPONED GAME!
